Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the party date. The advance is adjustable against a new date but is non-refundable.
Only the birthday cake can be brought in from outside. All other food and beverages are served by Xeno’s Cafe.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own photographer. External decor is allowed on request and is subject to our safety guidelines.
Each slot has a dedicated party area. Exclusive packages block the entire venue so no other party runs at the same time.
Our zones are designed for children aged 2 to 12. Younger siblings are welcome in the supervised toddler zone.
Yes, one parent or guardian signs a standard play waiver at check-in on behalf of the group.
